Services Provided 

 

We provide trash and junk removal services, including the pickup, hauling, and proper disposal or donation of unwanted items. Services may include residential, commercial, construction, or estate cleanouts.

Scheduling and Access 

• Appointments are required and subject to availability. 

• Customers must ensure clear access to items and the property. 

• We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service due to unsafe conditions or limited access.

Items We Do Not Accept 

 

We do not remove or dispose of: 

• Hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, paint, solvents, chemicals) 

• Medical waste or biohazards 

• Explosives or firearms 

• Items exceeding size/weight limits without prior agreement 

 

Please contact us in advance if you are unsure about an item.

Pricing and Payment 

• Pricing is based on volume, weight, labor, and/or specific items. 

• A quote will be provided before work begins. Customer approval is required before proceeding. 

• Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed. 

• We accept cash and electronic payment methods.

Cancellations and Rescheduling 

• At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. 

​

Property Damage and Liability 

• While we take reasonable care during services, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues caused by items being moved (e.g., scratches from bulky furniture). 

• Customer agrees to release us from liability for incidental or consequential damages unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Donation and Disposal 

• Items may be recycled, donated, or disposed of at our discretion unless you instruct otherwise. 

• Donation receipts are not guaranteed and are subject to third-party policies.

Termination of Service 

 

We reserve the right to decline or terminate service at any time due to safety concerns, non-cooperation, or violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms 

 

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

Governing Law 

 

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida without regard to conflict of law provisions.
